A. Some like it hot ! Palmyra cafe offers good and spicy food. Very pleasant staff and atmosphere. Prices vary from 15 nok for tea/coffe and the most expensive is 90 nok for a dish contains lamb (spicy), rice, salad and vegetables. Accept credit cards and cash.

B. Recommended ! Great option to see other site of Oslo city Hall is to eat in its cantine. Daily starting from 12:30 you can eat leftover in Oslo city hall employees cantine. Entrance from the sea side, on the second floor.
C. It is a cheapest and might be the strangest place in Oslo. Located in former elderly house (?). It is not cafe, therefore don’t look for a title. When you are there, you will find it. Real lunch costs only 50 nok and serves only from 11:30 until 14:00. Weekly menu: Monday and Friday — fish, Tuesday and Thursday — meat, Wednesday — fish/meat. Address: Breigata 9, Oslo.

E. Would you like to make a culture switch and forget for some time that you are in Norway? Welcome to visit Azadi Klubb and cafe at the same time. The package consists from a plate with rice and chicken / kebab, salad and pita only for 60 nok. TV channel in Arabic is a free extra. Take away is possible, cash payment only. G. IKEA is like McDonalds can be found in every country, but have you eaten there? It is a great option in case if one would like to take a break from his journey, just a little switch. IKEA’s restaurant offers great food. It is testy, fresh and cheap. The only disadvantage is time consuming. In order to rich IKEA one has to take a free IKEA bus which runs only once per hour: to IKEA Mon-Fr every round hour 10 — 22, back to Oslo each 40min ( 9:40, 10:40 etc) 10:40 — 23:40. H. Just in case… Probably the best Turkish grocery shop in Oslo. Prices usually much less than in well known chains and it is open on Sunday. Address: Smalgagen 1, 0188 Oslo
